Scope of Services. Through this Site, Leo Key Company LLC markets and arranges Car Lockout Service, Home Locksmith, Key Duplication, Replacement Car Keys, All Keys Lost, Mobile Locksmith, Auto Locksmith, House Lockout Service. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.
Use Restrictions. Prohibited activities include unlawful use, disruption of services, unauthorized access, automated scraping, malware transmission, and impersonation.
Copyright. Site content is owned by or licensed to Leo Key Company LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without written permission.
Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.
Termination. Leo Key Company LLC may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or for any other reason.

Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, Leo Key Company LLC's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.
